Océ has completed the sale of two ColorStream 1000 Flex continuousfeed machines to Northamptonbased Business Continuity at Ipex.
The presses, which can print mono or colour when required, will boost the disaster recovery specialist's capacity by 50% while also opening the door for more colour work.
Business Continuity's latest investment comes off the back of the installation of an Océ VarioStream 9210, which supplies back-up print and mailing services to a range of clients that include major high-street banks, building societies and insurance companies.
Mark Allan, operations director and co-founder of Business Continuity, said: "Océ has been an excellent partner. We receive fantastic support all the time. If we have a client who uses another manufacturer's kit, it will never be a problem transferring it to an Océ system.
"The machines have never let us down and when we show prospective clients around they are always pleased that it's Océ kit."
As the Dutch manufacturer concluded the deal for the pair of colourcapable presses on its Hall 12 stand, it claimed that InfoTrends research had found that the company had a 26% market share in the production colour continuous-feed market.
The data was compiled using 2009 placement data for toner and inkjet technology in both the US and western Europe.
Sebastian Landesberger, executive vice-president of Océ Production Printing, said: "As the success of our continuous-feed systems indicates, Océ remains on target with the wide range of colour solutions we are bringing to market."
