作为富士胶片第一台喷墨数码印刷机，Jet Press 720采用了SAMBA单通道喷头技术、Silicon压电按需喷墨技术和新型的水性油墨配方及快速凝固技术（RAPIC），每个喷墨单元有17个喷墨头，每个喷墨头有2048个喷墨嘴，能够在B2幅面上高速以1200dpi×1200dpi的精度呈现4级灰阶，由于能呈现宽色域图像，且即使喷头堵塞，也不会影响打印效果，因此在质量要求最高的商业印刷领域也有着更大的表现。
