工研院和日本国际大厂Komori合作完成7合1的卷对卷精密印刷技术(fine-lineprinting)，以1台设备取代7台设备，达到小于10μm技术规格，同时将材料使用率从小于10%提升至大于90%，预计于明年朝向触控面板量产化目标迈进。工研院表示，此新世代设备吸引京东方、美商应材、JapanDisplay等美日中国际级材料、设备、触控面板及显示面板商等高层率队争相参观及洽谈未来合作。

工研院与日本印刷设备大厂Komori于27日共同发表卷对卷超细线印刷技术与设备，可协助触控面板厂以低于20微米(um)的精密导线印刷技术(Fine-line Printing)开发出超窄边框薄型触控模组与可挠式触控面板，并取代现今成本昂贵的黄光蚀刻制程。卷对卷(Roll-to-roll,R2R)超细线印刷技术将会掀起触控面板产业新变革。
